Offering over 3200 square feet of living space, with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, even the largest of families can either relax quietly or join together to have fun in the oversized heated swimming pool....and when the children are in bed or playing on the PS2, why not relax in the Spa...
The Home
Family Room/Kitchen Area
This combined area comprises a majority of the main level, and includes a fully equipped kitchen large enough for the avid gourmet chef in you, given the open concept of the room it overlooks the main sitting area, making sure everyone is still involved on what is going on.
The family room, with large overstuffed sitting areas, allows everyone the room they need to spread out and enjoy unwinding in front of a large 55" flat panel TV, which includes the extended cable package, or surfing the net on the secured home Wifi network. A Blu-ray player is also available for your use. The TV is also connected to a media server with more than 50 movies and TV shows available on demand.
These rooms overlook the pool and spa, and it's a quick step out for a refreshing dip, or to enjoy the sun on the pool deck loungers.
Formal Living Room/Dining Room
The home also boasts a separate living and dining room area where everyone can sit back and relax and enjoy their vacation. The formal dining table is set up to seat 6 guest however the table expands to accommodate a total of 8 guests.
Swimming Pool & Spa
Outside there is a fully-screened private pool measuring 30 feet by 15 feet dropping from three feet to six feet at the deepest point. There is also a luxurious, four-person spa. For the safety of the little ones, the pool and spa are surrounded by a child-safety screen leaving a safe area on the deck for them to play, in addition, all deck access doors have child safety locks installed. Deck furniture, including loungers, sun chairs and tables for your drinks, are also provided. For the days you eat outside, a ceiling fan in the lanai provides you with extra comfort.
The pool deck faces southwest, giving you a nice shady pool deck in the morning to enjoy your morning beverage, and beautiful Florida sunshine for the rest of the day. For your privacy, the pool overlooks a retention pond.
Main Floor Sleeping Areas
The main floor of the house consists of

- Queen Room
- Two fully painted Theme Rooms
Each of the rooms comes fully appointed with luxury linens and furnishings to make sure you enjoy a refreshing night’s sleep. To ensure each guest has their own sanctuary, each of the rooms are equipped with TVs and the King and Queen rooms also have DVD players. The King and Queen rooms have their own private bathrooms, a shared bathroom is available for the two themed rooms
Second Floor Master Suite
The second floor houses the fabulous Royal Master Suite, a luxurious 24-ft by 27-ft room which has a king-size bed, private bathroom, sitting area, TV and DVD player. The only problem you may have is deciding who sleeps here....!
As well as air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans.
All bathrooms have salon quality hair dryers available for your use.
Kids Play Area
Included inside the home is a Children’s play room, equipped with its own 27" TV and PS2 system, a selection of 20 games, books, board games, and toys. More than enough items to keep them busy for hours while the parents relax.

The home is located in the quiet gated community of Grand Reserve which is located just south of Orlando and close to all the parks (Disney is less than 18 minutes away), with easy access to all the malls, grocery stores and other attractions of central Florida.
